A recenter command like that in emacs (normally on C-l).  The command should
work in textareas.  If it worked in caret-mode on web pages too that would be a
plus.  It may be impractical to have it work in normal browsing mode on web
pages, especially considering it is not exactly clear what can be centered when
there is no visible caret---selection?  focused element?
