When using several windows, each with several buffers, quite often a window will loose the keyboard focus
to another window: with the problem window in the foreground, all keystrokes are passed instead to a
window in the background.  I could not figure out which actions or pages trigger this, nor how to
recover.  Sometimes, visiting each buffer of the windows which stole the keyboard focus will restore it
to the original window.
