when opening this URL http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?msg=5;mbox=yes;bug=123532 with
find-url-new-buffer-background, you get a prompt about what should happen with this content. If you
select "view as text" you get the content in the current buffer, but not the new background buffer.
